All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our boutique items and to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and quality, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges at this time. Please double-check sizing, product details, and your shipping information before completing your purchase.
Shipping Information
We pride ourselves on fast service! All orders are processed and shipped the next business day via USPS. You will receive tracking information via email once your order has been shipped. Please allow 1–3 business days for delivery depending on your location.
Note: A Doll’s Clothing Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been scanned in by USPS. Please contact your local post office with your tracking number for any delivery issues.
Order Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are correct before placing your order. We cannot make changes once an order is confirmed. Any undeliverable packages due to incorrect address will be the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll be happy to review and make it right if the issue was on our end.
